Job Responsibilities:
Assist to prepare and set up restaurant for opening
Stock take and inspection of amenities/stocks to ensure they are properly stocked prior to operations.
Take order and attend to guests' request or enquiries
Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
All other administrative duties in the restaurant.
Job Requirement:
F&B experience is advantageous
Service and Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings.
