Job Description:


Manage Full spectrum of payroll processing including preparation of payroll and CPF reports
Prepare and submit yearly IR8A filing and ensures the confidentiality of all salary and salary related matters.
Handle the administration of staff onboarding, staff retention and staff offboarding
Perform HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and exit process, orientation and staff welfare programs.
Responsible for MOM work passes, application/Renewal/Cancellation
Handle all MOM queries and issuance/renewal of employees work passes
Monitor and upkeep the accuracy of the physical and electronic HR files & employees files.
Participate and contribute in HR projects, strategies, initiatives or new HR roll-out system.
Handle our group insurance and medical benefits for employees
Submission of Maternity leave, NS and other Government Claims.
Well versed and updated on Government Grants eligible for company and doing claim submissions
Review and update the Staff Guidelines from time to time
Participate and organize Company's events
Prepare Monthly HR report
Attend to employee relation matters and queries.
Manage staff Bi-annual Performance Appraisal.
General administrative duties
Others ad-hoc duties assigned by the GM


Job Requirement:


Minimum 3 years of working experience HR and payroll experience is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills with internal and external customers.
Possess a meticulous, proactive, and initiative attitude
Good time-management skills
Able to multi-task well. Independent and hand-on with positive attitude.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate ,Diploma, in HR or any field.
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
