Job Opportunity: Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager

We are looking for a Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global company that values employee development and promotes a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of half-year and full-year SGX results announcements.
- Prepare financial disclosures for the Annual Report, collaborating with overseas subsidiaries.
- Create monthly and quarterly management reports for the board.
- Oversee group consolidation and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze inter-company transactions, profit eliminations, and consolidated journal entries.
- Provide financial analysis to support quarterly results release and Annual Report.
- Engage with external auditors on audit and accounting matters.
- Ensure alignment of group accounting policies and procedures with business requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Support and guide overseas teams in the timely submission of monthly accounts.
- Contribute to the migration and implementation of new system-related projects.
- Assist in any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a related professional qualification.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in a listed company or a Big 4 firm being an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of SFRS (I), SGX Listing Manual, and the Companies Act.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A self-driven, results-oriented individual who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and continuously improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle consolidation software is a plus.
