Working Hours: 7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm (OT when required)
Salary: Gross salary up to $3,200/month
Job Duties:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, following company recipes and standards.
Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and appearance of all baked goods.
Monitor ingredients quality and ensure proper storage and usage.
Operate baking equipment (ovens, proofers) safely and efficiently. Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Meet daily production schedules and deadlines to ensure all products are ready for sale on time.
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in bread-making in a bakery environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time-management skills and a team-oriented mind-set.
Must be physically fit as required to stand for long hours and carry heavy loads.
Passion for baking and a commitment to produce top-quality products.
