Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Engage in regional brand health monitoring to pinpoint critical areas for enhancing brand performance and uncovering new business growth opportunities.
- Analyze data related to refrigerators, smart door locks, ceiling fans, and other consumer electronics.
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.
- Compile and present research findings through detailed reports, charts, and presentations.
- Monitor industry news and updates to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.
- Support the team in creating buyer personas and segmenting target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to provide actionable insights.
- Help maintain and organize the market research database for easy access to information.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of market research methodologies and statistical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for consumer electronics and an eagerness to learn about the industry.
- Eager to engage with customers to uncover pain points and gather qualitative feedback.
