Job Summary:
As
a Manufacturing Technician/CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for
setting up and operating CNC and conventional machines, ensuring the
production of high-quality products that meet our customers’
specifications. You will also support CORE & EH&S activities to
maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Description
Set
up, operate, and maintain various CNC and conventional machines,
including Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, and
Broaching.
Ensure accurate inspections using measuring equipment, gages, and fixtures.
Perform basic troubleshooting on machines.
Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
Maintain records and work in line with technical instructions and drawings.
Keep work areas clean and organized after use.
Promptly report any issues that could affect product quality or safety to the Supervisor.
Take on additional tasks as required by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or a related field.
At least 2 years working experience in a Precision Engineering environment. (excluding on-the-job training).
Able to work rotating weekly shifts.
