Job Info:
Basic Salary $2200 - $2500 (Depend on experiences)
$100 Grooming Allowance
$300 Transport Allowance (Depend on location)
AWS + Commission (for both store & individual comm)
Work Location: Central (MBS, Orchard)
Working days: 5 days per week (44 retail hours, based on the arranged weekly schedule)
Job Scopes:
• Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalised service to customers
• Creates positive first impression by having energetic attitude and a sparkling clean and organised environment
• Demonstrates expertise in all current relevant information relating the product and in-store activities
• Understands and adhere to the Visual Merchandising Standards
• Recognise sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/ cross-sell at point of service to drive and achieve monthly sales team target
• Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards and captures customers information in the database (VIP/CRM)
• Performs housekeeping duties & inventory replenishment as required, always adhere to company’s SOP
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year work experience in fashion retail industry
• With excellent communication skills
