Salary: $10 per hour
Work Location: Geylang, Kallang, Toa Payoh, AMK, Woodlands, Yishun, Sembawang, Khatib, Hougang (Pick one location subject to availability)
Dress code: Either Polo Tee (white/navy colour) or Blouse with black or dark coloured long pants and covered shoes.)
Work duration: 5 months Extendable/Convertible (Start till 31 Mar 2025, extendable)
Working days: 5.5 days, off on Sunday & Public Holiday
Working hours: Staggered hours based on operations needs
7.30am-4.00pm (Mon-Fri), 7.30am-12.00pm (Sat)
8.00am-4.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.00am-12.30pm (Sat)
8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-1pm (Sat)
Job Duties
Providing assisted enrolment to patients
Guiding patients to enrol through HealthHub app for patients with Singpass
Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
Onboarding patients to HealthierSG, including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for HealthierSG related visits
Answering patients’ queries with regards to HealthierSG
Collecting of HSG Enrolment data
Monitoring the stock level and topping up HSG related collaterals
Promoting NHG Cares App (NCA) to patients
Guiding patients to download the app
Guide patients in navigating the function available on the app such as
Appointment management
Video Consult
Manage care plan and access health record
Book activities & programmes (HSG – social prescripting)
Pay bill and many more
Requirements
Entry level with passion for healthcare are welcome to apply
Good communication skills
Patient and comfortable when explaining/ answering queries from the senior patients
Technology-savvy
Physically fit for prolonged standing, climbing of stairs and being on the move.
