Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and hiring strategies
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
HR Generalist Duties:
Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire orientation and documentation.
Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
Handle benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management in collaboration with HR leadership.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and generalist HR functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
