  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity:



Client: Government-Operated Management
Location: Serangoon
Salary: Up to $2,900 (Basic)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM


Job Responsibilities:


Manage inventory for all e-shop portals, including virtual inventory processes during presales and major launches.
Validate daily online fraud reports and perform document verifications.
Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Monitor and highlight trending incidents on e-commerce platforms, ensuring all cases are resolved and properly logged in the system.
Conduct manual callbacks to customers and follow up on orders arising from online sales issues.
Perform manual interventions for order-related issues, such as stuck orders, failed transactions, and rejections.


Job Requirements:



Minimum GCE "O" / "A" Levels or Diploma.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient, proactive, and a good team player.
On-the-job training will be provided.
