We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead SAP Cutover Manager to join our team. As the Lead SAP Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing cutover activities associated with SAP implementation projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP, minimizing the impact on business operations. You will be a key contributor in planning, coordinating, and executing cutover strategies, while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead and manage all aspects of the cutover strategy and planning for SAP implementation projects.
2. Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and business users to understand cutover requirements and develop appropriate strategies.
3. Create a detailed cutover plan, encompassing activities, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
4. Coordinate and track cutover activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
5. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to cutover activities and develop mitigation plans.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful data migration and system integration during cutover.
7. Conduct rehearsals and dry-runs to test cutover plans and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
8. Manage post-cutover activities, including hyper-care support and issue resolution.
9. Monitor and report on cutover progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures as required.
10. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
11. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and result-oriented work environment.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP cutover methodologies and best practices.
