Purpose of the Role

The Project Planner is data- and value-driven, tasked with:

  • Supporting the Customer Project Manager in executing the Fulfilment Assignment Specifications (FAS).
  • Ensuring effective execution of the FAS while adhering to relevant processes and tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with:
  • Group directives.
  • Legal and financial directives.
  • Global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) regulations.
  • Data security and privacy requirements.
  • Relevant approved processes and tools.

Responsibilities and Outcomes

  • Review project contracts to identify, create, or update Project Planning inputs into Customer Deliverables.
  • Create, support, and implement planning activities throughout the project lifecycle to deliver both Ericsson business and customer contract value.
  • Configure and administer the Project Library, Project Planning Tools, and associated data for accurate reporting of project status and document version control.
  • Utilize data to analyze progress, report status, and recommend improvements for project finance and delivery progress.
  • Supervise and mentor team members as required.
