Purpose of the Role
The Project Planner is data- and value-driven, tasked with:
- Supporting the Customer Project Manager in executing the Fulfilment Assignment Specifications (FAS).
- Ensuring effective execution of the FAS while adhering to relevant processes and tools.
- Ensuring compliance with:
- Group directives.
- Legal and financial directives.
- Global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) regulations.
- Data security and privacy requirements.
- Relevant approved processes and tools.
Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Review project contracts to identify, create, or update Project Planning inputs into Customer Deliverables.
- Create, support, and implement planning activities throughout the project lifecycle to deliver both Ericsson business and customer contract value.
- Configure and administer the Project Library, Project Planning Tools, and associated data for accurate reporting of project status and document version control.
- Utilize data to analyze progress, report status, and recommend improvements for project finance and delivery progress.
- Supervise and mentor team members as required.
