Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored consultation to clients to assess their training needs and recommend workplace learning solutions such as On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprint development and competency frameworks.
  • Identify, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of leads while building long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Drive the full sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to needs analysis, solution proposal, and closure.
  • Participate in prospecting activities to identify opportunities for workplace learning initiatives and build a steady pipeline for the organization.
  • Engage professionals by showcasing the benefits of workplace learning programs and aligning their learning goals with solutions such as training needs analysis and competency development.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and recommend targeted strategies for promoting workplace learning solutions.
  • Oversee digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) and the corporate website to generate leads and raise awareness of workplace learning services.
  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate their workforce learning needs using tools such as skills gap analysis and propose tailored solutions for enhancing organizational performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client engagement, or workforce learning consultation.
  • Proactive and driven, with a “hunter” mentality to identify, pursue, and secure workplace learning opportunities.
  • Passionate about advancing lifelong learning, training solutions, and workplace competency development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and articulate tailored workplace learning solutions effectively.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
