  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and initiative-driven Partnership & Engagement Executive to join our Hotel management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing donor relationships, supporting fundraising initiatives, and overseeing the membership lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across departments.


Job Responsibilities:

Oversee engagement, establish processes, and maintain accurate donor databases.
Provide administrative assistance for fundraising activities, including planning and executing events like charity carnivals, dinners, and online campaigns
Set and adhere to donation guidelines, manage fundraising protocols, and perform compliance screenings.
Ensure accuracy and work with vendors to enhance database systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage donations while ensuring compliance with governance and regulations.
Create and submit management reports on fundraising effectiveness and donation impact.
Work closely with Marketing team to create materials for fundraising and outreach events.
Oversee members onboarding, renewals, and member communication to enhance their experience.
Coordinate membership events, logistics for AGMs and EGMs, and prepare related reports.
