We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Cum Store Admin to join our client's team in the Boon Lay West Region. This is a contract role, offering a competitive salary of up to $2,600 per month for a 5-day work week.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Entry for SAP & MES.
MES input for production orders movement, labour hours and upload to SAP.
Coordinate with gauge control room to draw or arrange gauges for calibration.
Raise Purchase Requisition for production
Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, expedite deliveries, and manage returns.
DO submit for GR and prepare gate pass.
Ad-hoc task given by Supervisor/Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
