Job scope:
Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to children’s diverse developmental needs, aligned with the NEL Framework.
Plan and facilitate experiential learning through projects, field trips, and hands-on activities.
Support children’s holistic development, including character building, social-emotional learning, and moral values.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to exploration and learning.
Engage with parents to provide regular updates on their child’s progress and participate in center events and community activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) [DECCE-T] or equivalent recognized by ECDA.
A valid ECDA Teacher Certification (L1 or L2) is mandatory.
