Roles & Responsibilities
To attend to incoming calls and dispatching calls to Field personnel.
To assist Field personnel with building specification / location and other information that is available under the dispatch system.
To monitor and close the calls based on the feedback / reports from the Field personnel.
To collect and summarize reports for Call Center Controller.
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE 'N' level and above.
Prior working experience in a call center environment will have an added advantage.
Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
