About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Executive to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, from order fulfillment to inventory management. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operations
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all daily orders, including order tracking, order processing, delivery, handling lost deliveries, and returns.
Handle production, bottling, and packing and labelling of retail products. (Training will be provided)
Assist with regular/monthly stock count of inventory, proactively re-ordering merchandise in a timely manner.
Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
Visit other locations for official purposes, such as banks, client houses, stockists, post offices, etc.
Work under the supervision and direction of the Director/Managers.
Orders Picking & Packing
Maintain accurate inventory by recording incoming items in the inventory system via Odoo.
Double-check all orders and maintain records of all outgoing shipments.
Perform physical activities such as loading, unloading, stacking, and sorting of products in designated areas.
Be meticulous in pasting the correct airway bill or parcel label for shipments to overseas destinations.
Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness in the office.
Track and sort items to be received, packed, and dispatched.
Move and transfer products between various sections of the office as needed.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 'N' Level qualification.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 kgs on a frequent basis.
Singaporean/Malaysian preferred.
