  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an up-to-date billing system and generate accurate invoices
Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly.
Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and proper allocation.
Perform account reconciliations.
Conduct billing, collection, and reporting activities
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Posting receipts
Follow established procedures for processing receipts and cash handling.
Process payments and prepare bank deposits efficiently.
Preparing of reports, analysing accounts receivable status, aging and collection performance
Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Min diploma holder from recognized institution
At least 1 year of accounts receivables (AR) and general accounting experience
Comfortable to work in Tuas area
