Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various locations as needed.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail managers and staff.
Collaborate closely with retail personnel to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Gain a thorough understanding of retailer/store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working practices.
Event Coordination & Execution:
Coordinate with retailers/stores on activities such as regular promotional events, space buys, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
Implement merchandising, display, and promotional plans according to company standards.
Product Management:
Replenish stock from cold rooms or back stores to shelves and freezers as required.
Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
Propose and execute specific in-store promotional plans when opportunities arise.
Market Analysis:
Monitor and report on the competitive environment of our products.
Provide management with weekly reports detailing stock movements.
General Responsibilities:
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar merchandising role.
Prior experience in retail or FMCG industries is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations daily.
