We are seeking friendly and professional individuals to join our team as Event Ushers. The role involves guiding and assisting guests, ensuring a smooth flow of attendees, and contributing to an overall positive event experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Check tickets, direct attendees to designated areas, and assist with seating arrangements.
Provide clear directions to event locations, facilities, and amenities.
Monitor crowd movement to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow within the venue.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries effectively.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event-specific hours.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus.
