Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily warehouse movement with warehouse team to complete daily tasks assigned , as well as sourcing for part timers during peak season.
Daily inventory management and parcel movement activities.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure proper tracking of all work done by the team.
Day-to-Day Coordination with stakeholders and other warehouse departments to monitor and improve processes.
Maintain reports on key performance indicators for performance of the department, which are to be shared with the warehouse manager.
Be fully accountable for performance of the warehouse, where performance will be measured by the productivity of the team.
Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
Requirements
Experienced in warehousing and logistics.
A team player with positive learning attitude.
Knowledge and experience of health and safety, preferably OSHA standard.
Knowledge and operation of WMS systems.
Competent with Microsoft office/Google Suite.
