Location: Tuas Cresent (Transport provided at Tuas Crescent MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing:
Maintain accurate billing records and issue invoices promptly.
Ensure all invoices are sent to customers on time.
Payment Collection and Reconciliation:
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure proper allocation.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor accounts for late or missed payments and take appropriate action.
Complete billing, collection, and reporting tasks within deadlines.
Database and Records Management:
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Reconcile accounts and address payment issues promptly.
Receipt and Cash Management:
Process high-volume receipt postings.
Follow procedures for receipts, cash handling, and bank deposits.
Customer Service:
Manage a high volume of emails daily and respond to customer queries promptly.
Address inquiries from customers and sales teams professionally.
Reporting and Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Prepare AR aging reports and collection performance summaries for management.
Support other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Accountancy or relevant field.
Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle high volumes of daily emails effectively.
