An exciting role within our Customer and Service Excellence team that supports the GetGo Singapore community. You will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. You will adopt a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers across their journey with GetGo.
The working hours for this role are 10.30pm -7.30am. This is a 5 Days work week that requires to work over the both weekends + 3 week days.
This is also a 1 year contract position, convertible to full-time. Please only apply if you are able to work these shift arrangements.
Day to Day Activities
Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers
Achieve meaningful objectives as part of a mission-driven and values-based organisation
Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on GetGo’s official communication channels, including but not exclusive to live chat and emails
Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required
Encourage and influence an excellent service mindset in the CX team and affirm positive behavior
Dealing with service failure and crisis management
Who We Are Looking For
Passionate team member who loves to serve
Minimum two (2) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role, preferably with live chat support background
Experience using help desk software such as Intercom, Zendesk is preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
