Your Responsibilities:
Balloons Fulfilment . A big part of the job will be handling and styling balloons.
E-commerce Backend Order Fulfilment
Stocks/Inventory Arrangement. To maintain and ensure stocks are properly replenished. Warehouse Office Housekeeping
Supporting Delivery and Design Team to ensure orders are fulfilled on-time and in order
Warehouse Office Housekeeping, and other operation related duties & errands
Perform any job-related duties assigned from time to time
Lead & guide part time team members
Participating in product photoshoot, content (TikTok, IG, FB and XHS) and more. Be the face of team GF
Who we're looking for to join us:
Self-Starter who's keen to learn, enjoy working in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment, and love and passionate in Balloons & Party Industry
5 day work week (needs to work on Saturdays & Sundays. Day Off are on on two consecutive weekdays)
Able to commence work in short notice
Good command of English (command of Mandarin is an added bonus)
Basic Salary + Overtime Allowance + Other Allowances
