You will be reporting to our Head of Procurement to assist the organization on all procurement matters including sourcing of suppliers, conducting quality checks, inventory management and management of in-house ordering system.
Responsibilities:
Assist in purchases planning, issuing and to prepare purchase orders (PO) for vendors
Check and prepare all shipping documents required for import/ export shipments
Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers on purchases and deliveries
Responsible and manage the in-house system for purchase orders and inventory management
Participate in suppliers and sub-contractors fronting to attain better pricing, delivery and payment terms
Monitor inventory to ensure stock availability and activate re-ordering replenishment according to sales trend
To review procedurement system and ordering process
To provide business support to restaurants and operation in-charge on all procedurement matters
Perform any other ad-hoc job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in logistic/ procedurement
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in F&B industry)
Bilingual to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking suppliers/ vendors
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
