Key Responsibilities:

PPC Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee data-driven PPC strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage a large-scale annual PPC budget of $10M+ across multiple platforms (Google, Amazon, etc.).

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee the execution and optimization of paid campaigns to achieve ROI, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-backed recommendations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and scale
  • Provide guidance on best practices, ensuring team alignment with broader marketing goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Build and deliver comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable insights and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
  • Leverage analytics tools to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, creative, and other marketing teams to develop cohesive strategies that drive brand growth.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in PPC management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing PPC budgets in an e-commerce environment with a substantial catalog.

Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and accountability.

Technical Proficiency:

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and rule based bid management platforms.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to create detailed performance reports and executive summaries.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
