Warehouse Assistant (Physical Fit)
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, check, and record incoming stock, ensuring that items are in good condition and match the order specifications.
• Load and unload stock, ensuring proper handling of IT products such as servers, printers, PCs, monitors, etc.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch according to customer orders, including labeling and preparing for delivery.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to fulfill sales order requirements and ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct periodic stock takes in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain IT products and peripherals (e.g., servers, computers) in good working condition.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements:
• Ability to start work immediately will be highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse setting, including manual handling of products.
• Knowledge of IT products (e.g., servers, printers, computers) is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (such as servers, printers, PCs, and monitors) and operate a pallet jack.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional overtime based on workload.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail when managing stock and preparing orders.
• Team-oriented individual with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
