JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and make amendment to reservations or cancellation of reservations.
• Receive email and faxes, etc. and input the booking information into the HMS system.
• Check and verify reservations for the day’s arrivals before putting up the expected arrival list.
• Answer any enquiries pertaining to room reservations and other facilities of the hotel.
• Coordinate with Front Desk on all last-minute arrivals
• File all correspondences in filing cabinets according to the month and date order.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel systems
• Strong ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• May be required to work nights, weekends and public holidays
