- Opportunity to work in a reputable organisation in the FMCG industry (MNC). This pivotal role is dedicated to advancing the people strategy by working in tandem with the Senior Director of Culture & Transformation. The focus is on leading efforts for high-profile projects and enhancing communication to improve the employee experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agendas. Collaboration with SBPs for delivering HR support is essential.

The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global and matrixed environment
- Experience in leading and managing talent programs and platforms at scale
- Experience in providing strategic HR business partnership to senior leaders and teams
- Experience in working with system partners and stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
- Certification in agile, design thinking, scrum master, or coaching is a plus
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
The Job
- Directly responsible for the global, regional, and local implementation of our people strategy and scorecard, aligned with the Company Purpose, Leadership Definition, and Growth Behaviors.
- Directly responsible for the continuous evolution of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, practices, and targets.
- Partners with HR team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs.
- Facilitates engaging events and meetings that foster community and belonging, enhancing team cohesion and collaborative spirit.
- Oversees communication platforms to promote and sustain a positive workplace culture, ensuring transparent dialogue across the company.
- Manages HR planning and the delivery of the People Plan, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals for seamless execution.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive HR People Plan scorecard, evolving HR analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitates task prioritization and process streamlining for efficiency, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
- Partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Operating Units (OUs) on project development, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring high standards.
- Utilizes data analytics for workforce optimization, providing insights into employee engagement and formulating talent management strategies.
