Job Summary:
The Client Service Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing outstanding service to clients, managing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and our collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage order entry and ensure accurate processing of sales orders and returns.
- Maintain and update client records in the system to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns when necessary.
- Assist in generating sales reports and analytics to support the sales team’s strategies.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and logistics.
- Address client issues or concerns efficiently, escalating to management as necessary.
Requirements:
- Local Diploma diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support preferred. No experience is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
