JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and review administrative systems and policies with the Head of Admin.
Establish and manage efficient documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
Ensure timely updates on the Data Management System.
Coordinate with the Corporate Communications team for events and fundraising projects (e.g., Residents Day, Iftar, Charity Fest).
Engage guests and manage relationships with donors and sponsors.
Assist in preparing SOPs and ensuring compliance with MSF Licensing and Standards of Care.
Prepare reports for timely submission to stakeholders (e.g., Annual Reports, MSF Reports, Review Board Reports).
Oversee administrative procedures and systems, liaising with finance and HR for operational and staff matters.
Maintain agreements and contracts for the organization.
Handle additional administrative tasks, including:
Updating staff profiles in ECRM.
Managing staff training records and logistics.
Submitting monthly and annual muster reports.
Preparing for audits and managing School Pocket Money Fund applications.
Taking minutes during meetings and supporting SOP reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma preferably in Business administration
Min 2 years relevant working experience
Good Knowledge in MS office
Good Interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.
Well organized and able to work independently with min supervision.
Good team player.
