The Challenges :

  • Facilitate the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders (e.g., doctors, clinic staff) and aligning diverse requirements to ensure patient-centered care and organizational efficiency.
  • Assist in designing new workflows or refining existing processes to enhance care delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct basic data collection, analysis, and trend evaluation to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for discussions, workgroup meetings, and routine reporting tasks, including minutes-taking and venue coordination.
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives by researching and analyzing trends to enhance the company’s profile, increase awareness, and effectively reach target audiences and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and coordinate with appointed agencies and vendors to execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Safeguard the organization’s reputation by managing public relations efforts and handling customer feedback across email, Google reviews, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key business stakeholders to develop strategic collaborations that drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges, and third-party platforms to generate leads and referrals.
  • Support the execution of action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure the seamless daily operations of the company’s specialist clinics.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What it takes :

  • Degree in marketing, communications or business with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with related healthcare operational experience may also be considered
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms
  • Prior experience in healthcare operations/marketing/digital agency would be an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for analysing and improving operations.
