Job Description

The role entails the incumbent to be responsible for HR Operations responsibilities ranging from onboarding through offboarding activities. In addition, there will be ad-hoc projects and assignments to help design and implement HR programs and initiatives that are impactful for the organization.

General day to day responsibilities may include but not limited to the below:

  • Manage staff movement processes such as onboarding, extension of contracts and offboarding, including employee onboarding/induction, immigration, welcome/departure employee communication, awarding/retrieving company assets, providing/revoking systems accesses and exit interviews.
  • The role will manage onboarding and/or offboarding on a role rotation basis.
  • Maintain and ensure HR records are kept up to date on systems as well as files.
  • Maintain HR common mailbox and respond to employees’ queries and requests such as generation of Certificate of Employment, Visa and SPR letters, etc.
  • Responsible for employee communication, including HR intranet maintenance, sending employee communication, festive greetings, etc.
  • Involved in ad-hoc initiatives, mainly to continuously improve HR processes for efficiency.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement and key people initiatives such as wellness programs, staff events, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar discipline
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in HR Operations/ HR Services
  • Independent, resourceful and willing to learn
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Cheerful and positive disposition
  • Have a problem solving mindset
