This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Support Finance team in year-end audit, which includes drafting of financial statements and collating documents/information for auditors.
- Assist in automation implementation and enhanced reporting/working templates.
- Assist in day-to-day finance operations.
- Assist in the review of investee financial reports, including analysing the trends and performance against budget. Learning Outcomes:
- Exposure to the financial functions of a fund manager, including the reporting processes within Keppel Group.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Accountancy/Finance related fields.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong passion for learning.
- Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
