Responsibilities:
Report to the Business Unit head (CEO) and Group Finance on the following:
- Manage and oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Prepare financial reports, oversee the month-end closing process, and manage monthly financial forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end close reporting to Group
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Cashflow and liquidity management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations and internal controls
- Support management and project team on project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring, cost forecasting, project delivery governance related processes, accounting treatment and project monitoring reports.
- Manage and oversee year-end audit process and liaise with auditors on audit matters
- Tax computation and liaise with tax agent on tax matters
- Undertake any Finance related projects and handle any other Finance related matters.
Requirements:
- ACCA or equivalent professional qualification with at least 5 years of similar experience.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff in the company and has strong communication skills.
- Preferable experience in SAP and Project Management.
- Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently under pressure
