The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support general human resource functions. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
