ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execution of plant Predictive, Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works,
• Plant operational support and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Work, coordinate with and supervise the resident maintenance contractors (IE) according to the job plan and scheduled daily maintenance activities.
• Follow equipment maintenance procedures, code of practices, engineering procedures derived from AIP standards and compliance of SHE excellence related to his works.
• Utilize Maximo to maintain plant electrical and instrument spare parts.
• Maintain a complete and accurate plant maintenance records & report.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs.

The Candidate should have:

• Diploma or NTC qualification in a technical or engineering discipline; an electrical or instrumentation discipline would be essential.
• Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in the refining or chemical process industries
• Good functional knowledge and experience in the maintenance of Process Equipment and Instrumentations.
• Good PC skills and understanding of electrical drawings, logic diagrams, programming, schematics, loop drawings and P&IDs.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team in a high-pressure environment.
