  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

1. Assist and prepare Monthly Progress Claim to Client.

2. Assist and prepare Monthly Progress Payments of Sub-contractors.

3. Assist and prepare Request for Quotations for various work requirements.

4. Assist for evaluation and comparison for the received quotations.

5. Assist and prepare for Subcontract Agreement, Work Order and Purchase Order.

6. Assist and handle variation orders/claims to Client and of Sub-contractors.

7. Draft letters based on request by Project Manager, Senior Managers and/or Senior QS.

8. Assist for discussion and negotiation with Client and Sub-contractor for contractual

issues.

Job Requirement:

1. Education qualification of at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or its relevant discipline

2. Minimum 5 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Marine Civil Engineering and Reclamation is preferred

3. Standard knowledge of PSSCOC

4. Contract basis

5. 5.5 days' workweek

6. Worksite location: Woodlands
