  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our Client:

Our client is a global chemical manufacturer, looking for a Mechanical Engineer to ensure plant equipment reliability through driving continuous improvement initiative and implementation of reliability programs for smooth operations.


The Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment by implementing engineering standards and maintenance best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical reliability and reduce operational downtime.
• Manage CAPEX projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with plant reliability goals and budget requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive equipment reliability programs, including Management of Change (MOC) processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing technical support to frontline teams for swift and effective resolutions.
• Monitor and resolve recurring equipment performance problems, tracking root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Define and develop detailed maintenance scopes with cost-effective and strategic proposals.
• Establish and maintain quality checklists and maintenance hold-points to improve equipment performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in solving complex mechanical issues, ensuring timely and structured problem resolution.
• Foster a strong safety culture by actively participating in health, safety, and environmental programs to support the organization's goals.

The Requirements:
• Preferably degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or relevant qualifications, with experience working in Chemical or Petrochemical sector
• Good understanding of equipment design and maintenance principles of both rotating and static equipment, industry standards and maintenance best practices, familiar with API and ASME
• Self-driven, logical with problem solving mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
• Must be open to work in Jurong Island
