Main Responsibilities:

· Handle staff expenses claims and payments

· Manage staff leave record and documentation

· Manage staff and company annual insurance policy renewal

· Organize company activities

· Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative tasks for the management.

· General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

· Candidate should possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma

· On hand training will be provided.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word etc

· Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
