Role Responsibilities
- Key Accounts: To assist Manager in managing and grow relationships with Owners, Developers and Engineers to secure specification on major commercial projects across Singapore.
- Trainings: To assist on Trainings for internal and external customers for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
- Regulatory bodies: Liaising with Authorities and regulatory bodies for updates and submissions and maintain records.
Role Purpose
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts and identify business opportunities through customer visitation.
- Co-ordinate with Trainer for yearly / monthly training schedules, prepare training calendar and training materials. Distribute the training calendar to customers, facilitate registration, & trainings and maintain Training records.
- Ensure product certification: NEA, SGBC (SG), MyHIJAU (MY), JKR (Brunei) on time
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechnical Engineering
- 2 + years’ Experience in HVAC industry
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision but in a structured environment.
- Results oriented and attention to detail
- Customer service skills and experience.
