Retail Outlet Management:
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various locations as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail managers and staff.
- Collaborate closely with retail personnel to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Gain a thorough understanding of retailer/store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working practices.
Event Coordination & Execution:
- Coordinate with retailers/stores on activities such as regular promotional events, space buys, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
- Implement merchandising, display, and promotional plans according to company standards.
Product Management:
- Replenish stock from cold rooms or back stores to shelves and freezers as required.
- Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
- Propose and execute specific in-store promotional plans when opportunities arise.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the competitive environment of our products.
- Provide management with weekly reports detailing stock movements.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
