Your roles will include
- Maintain and grow current customer relationships
- Liaise directly with customers, designers, local and offshore offices to facilitate the whole process in relation to orders' progress, specifications, artworks, designs and production requirements
- Ensure that the necessary information are entered in the Company's database accurately
- Managing inventory by monitoring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouses to ensure that they are properly stored and accounted for
- Maintain information in system to ensure it is up to date and accurate
- Ensure inventory is well managed by assisting with cycle counts and stock takes.
- Adhoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies and experiences:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Customer-service oriented
- Effectively carry out communication with customer and vendor to achieve quality of work
- Outgoing personality
- Meticulous and Organized
- Able to work independently, proactive with a positive attitude
