Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

• Provide customer services for daily inquiries and requirements of clients
• Handle emergency inquiries of clients on weekends and night time
• Provide sales support to Sales Team
• Other administrative and ad-hoc duties if required from management

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or any service industry
• Familiar with MS Office
• Possesses Strong Customer Service mindset and understanding of Japanese culture
