  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to company management to develop strategic alignment programs
  • Perform market research and analysis to support company expansion plans
  • Source for new potential outlet location for the company
  • Liaise with landlords to view unit and handle lease negotiation
  • Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
  • Handle all lease negotiations, renewals and administration
  • Prepare, review and process tenancy and lease agreements
  • Serve as lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
  • Attend all social, industry and business networking events
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to maximize rent and occupancy
  • Handle all types of advertisements (printed or online etc) including planning & budgeting
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of related work experience in F&B industry
  • Experience in sourcing for F&B/Retail outlets location preferred
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
  • Work Location: Tai Seng
  • Salary: up to $4500
