The Opportunity

- Location: One North
- 1 year contract
Job Scope
- Lead and manage HR operational processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance.
- Work with external vendor to develop, and manage employee welfare programs and events aimed at fostering a positive work environment
- To generate and provide reports to finance for payment processing on a monthly basis
- Improve productivity and processes by using data analytics and to support SOPs review
- Provide suggestions on work processes improvements and system enhancements
- Manage vendor and review claims reports submitted - Serve as the superuser for the newly introduced HR portal, ensuring smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and user support across the HR department
- In charge of audit for claims and address any abnormalities found
- Resolve any colleagues' enquiries on claims matters
- Participate in ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management with some relevant experience
- Possess strong knowledge of local Singapore Employment act and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
