Position Title: Credit Admin, Compliance & IT Analyst

Role Description

· Location: Singapore

· Type: Full-time, entry-level

· Work arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional in-office visits as needed

1. Role Overview:

As the Credit Admin & Compliance Analyst, you will primarily support the Credit Administration function by managing tasks related to loan processing, documentation, and monitoring. Additionally, you will assist the Admin & Operations team in fulfilling CCRP’s data protection obligations and serve as the first point of contact for IT incident management and technical support. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in credit administration, with exposure to data protection, compliance, and IT support. It offers opportunities for career progression into roles such as Credit Admin Officer, Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer, or IT Support Specialist. You will also have the chance to expand your skills by supporting the Deal Team with loan application-related tasks.

2. Key Responsibilities

a) Credit Administration Support

  • Credit Documentation: Assist in the management of loan agreements, security documents, and other related documentation.
  • Customer File Maintenance: Help to maintain and organize customer credit files, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes ensuring the customer’s CP/CS terms, undertaking, and covenants are all fulfilled in the required timeframe.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Enter and update credit-related data into the company’s internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer Communication: Support the Credit Administration team in liaising with customers regarding undertaking documents submission, etc.

b) Data Protection and Compliance Support

  • Assist the DPO in implementing and monitoring data protection policies and procedures, including maintaining data inventories and supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
  • Respond to personal data access and correction requests, address internal data protection queries, and document and log data incidents.
  • Work with the DPO, business teams, and external partners to align IT practices with data protection standards and enhance compliance awareness across CCRP.

c) Incident Management and IT Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, handling Level 1 support requests for general IT troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to relevant service providers and application administrators, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  • Maintain IT support logs, document troubleshooting steps, and track recurring issues for continuous improvement.

3. Role Requirements:

  • Education: Graduates or undergraduates from a University or Polytechnic pursuing or holding a Degree/Diploma in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Basic understanding of credit administration and data protection principles, with a willingness to undergo relevant training (knowledge of PDPA is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in general IT skills, including Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Interest Areas: Strong interest in credit administration, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of independent problem-solving in a flat organizational structure.
  • IT Requirements: Must have their own computer that meets the company’s minimum IT specifications as we operate on a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
  • Location: Able to commute to our Singapore office occasionally.
  • Eligibility:

i) Singaporeans, Singapore PRs, or Foreigners with a valid long-term work permit will be prioritised.

ii) Malaysians residing in Johor Bahru who can commute to Singapore occasionally as required are also welcome to apply.
