  • Facilitate Group HSSEQ briefings for shore employees and attachments
  • Record & file HSE Fleet Statistic, SIRE FSC PSC, Incident Tracker
  • Assist the Marine teams as back up during emergency, crisis, drills and holidays
  • Maintain & update the Group HSSEQ incident dashboard
  • Maintain and update the ECP observations & NCR dashboard
  • Non-PO Invoices (send to Esker directly) & New vendor creation in SAP MDG
  • A similar work experience or adequate sailing experience with basic knowledge of ships and safety operations onboard.
  • Good computer skills of MS Office Suite including Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge on administrative duties including tracking invoicing, logistics, courier and parcel bookings.
