Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for the management and execution of Intellectual Property (IP) experiences, including strategic development, negotiation, logistical planning, collaborative execution, and relationship/collaboration oversight
  • Oversee the IP Experience programs including the development, implementation, planning and management of staffing.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant experience opportunities that are aligned with NEON’ strategies in creating an enhanced customer experience increasing brand awareness and driving repeat visitations and transactions throughout show duration.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Senior Management, Regional Teams and Team Members to establish targets and objectives for his/her team and evaluate operational budget monthly against plan to evaluate operational needs.
  • Enable and support a culture of communication, collaboration, knowledge, and professional growth to build strong relationships amongst the teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work on other ad-hoc initiatives as required in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible days and hours as required by the business.
  • Manage day to day operations on site. (Visitor Flow and route, VIP Protocols, Operations, Technical and Retail’s recruitment)
  • To be the subject matter expert of all components of the IP experience for the ops team, including app, site layout, key attractions photo system.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations while providing solutions that address performance issues.
  • Provide feedback on areas for improvement from a guest experience perspective
  • Work closely with Venue’s operations, safety and security teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Work closely with IT team on app activation to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with Retail team to maximize sales and photo ops revenue via accessibility and ease of operations.
  • Work closely with Retail team for merchandising opportunities and monetization activations.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in overseeing large events and project management.
  • An interest and aptitude to work in event planning, retail, logistics or associated management fields.
  • Responsible, resilient and willing to work on shift hours and weekends.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to work with confidential data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Have experience managing people in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
